Chemical Lake is a structure in Scrap Mechanic.
Overview[]
Chemical Lakes are pink chemical spills, with distinctive green and black colored silos and pipes next to them. This makes them easy to identify from a distance.
Standing inside a Chemical Lake will deal 10 damage per second.
Collection[]
The purpose of Chemical Lakes is to allow the player to obtain an infinite supply of Chemicals. There are two methods to accomplish this.
- Use a Water Bucket on the chemical pool, creating a Chemical Bucket. This can then be crafted into Chemicals at a Craftbot.
- Use a Vacuum Pump submerged in the pool, connected to a Chemical Container or Large Chest.
