Analysis[]

All items created by the Cookbot have an inherent loss or gain of potential hunger or thirst when compared to consuming their ingredients individually.

Item Hunger Gained Thirst Gained Sum of Ingredients (Hunger) Sum of Ingredients (Thirst) Hunger Loss/Gain Thirst Loss/Gain
Pizza Burger 100 100 40 (10 * 2 + 10 * 2) 140 (40 * 2 + 30 * 2) +60 -40
Veggie Burger 90 (30 * 2 + 20 + 10) 70 (10 * 2 + 20 + 10) +10 +30
Revival Baguette 50 (10 * 2 + 20 + 10) 130 (40 * 2 + 20 + 30) +50 -30

The loss of potential thirst for a Pizza Burger is one Woc Milk's worth. Similarly, the loss of potential thirst for a Revival Baguette is one Tomato's worth.

Note that the 100 health gained from each item is beneficial in terms of hunger, as it avoids hunger from being drained at a faster rate when regenerating health. Because of this, burgers are best used when all three stats are low, such as right after respawning. The most resource-efficient thing to do would be to wait until starvation begins to eat a burger, as to not waste the 30 hunger you respawn with. Starvation will set in after only 31 seconds, due to hunger being drained by health regeneration. Note that by this point, you will also be dying of thirst (starting at 28 seconds), so you have a window of only 17 seconds to eat a burger before you die again.
