Dressbot is a crafting station in Scrap Mechanic.
Overview[ | ]
When Dressbot is activated, it consumes a Garment Box and a tier-dependent amount of Cotton to unlock a random Clothing item. This item depends on the tier of Garment Box used. It takes 32 seconds to open a Garment Box.
If a player already has all the garments for the tier of Garment Box, the Dressbot will not allow the player to open any additional boxes of that tier.

The Wardrobe component allows a player access to the game's customization screen, which will also contain any unlocked Clothing items. By using the Wardrobe for the first time, the Mechanic outfit is unlocked (the undamaged version of the default Crash Mechanic outfit).
It is created by using a Dispenserbot at a Mechanic Station.

Trivia[ | ]
- When placed, the Dressbot will say "Ready".
- While idle, the Dressbot says "Garment" and "Clothe".
- When crafting is started, the Dressbot will say "Sew".
- When crafting is completed, the Dressbot will say "Beautiful", "Fabulous", "Astonishing", "Magnificent", or "Fashionable".
