Long I-Beam is an I-Beam-Part in Scrap Mechanic.
Overview[]
A 4 block long variant of the Short I-Beam with the same weight, durability, friction and buoyancy stats as the 1 block long version.
Because you only need 3 Metal Blocks 1 to get 4 blocks of I-Beam length, building 1 Long I-Beam is cheaper than placing down 4 Short I-Beams in a row.

It isn't the cheapest block of the I-Beam-group though, being beaten by the I-Beam Holder, which is 2 blocks tall and only needs 1 Metal Block 1 to craft.
