The Pizza Burger restores full Health, Hunger, and Thirst. This makes it an ideal post-respawn meal.
In terms of thirst, the Pizza Burger is more wasteful than its vegetarian alternative: the Veggie Burger. The sum of the thirst restored by the Pizza Burger's ingredients is 140, so 40 thirst is effectively lost when cooking one. However, the sum of hunger restored by its ingredients is only 40, which creates a bonus of 60 hunger for the burger.
