Disambig This article is about robot enemies. For crafting station bots, see Crafting Stations.

Robots (also referred to as Bots) are enemies in Scrap Mechanic. They can usually attack players, Animals, and break objects.

Overview[ | ]

Robots spawn during Raids and also naturally in the world.

Robots have a chance to break objects with each attack. The more damage the attack does and the less durability the object has, the more likely it will break. The maximum durability level that an attack can destroy (i.e. the point at which the chance becomes 0) also depends on the strength of the attack, though this never exceeds 9. Robot attack damage can even be higher or lower (depending on their attack strength; e.g from 1-9) if it hits closer to them.

In Creative Mode, Robots can be spawned from Capsules and cannot deal any damage to players.

All Robots will be hostile to Animals and attack them if they do not detect a Mechanic. Wocs take priority over Glowbs.

Robots can hear sounds or noise emitted by Mechanics. When they find a target, they will alert all other Robots within 20 meters. They can also hear other types of sounds, such as falling objects, which will cause them to search the area for two seconds.
