Seat is an item in Scrap Mechanic.
Overview[]
Similar to the Driver's Seat, except it is smaller and can't use directional controls.
Usage[]
Press E to get in or out of the Seat.
If connected to a Button, Switch, or Radio, they will appear in the hotbar when in the Seat. Pressing the corresponding number key will activate it.

The Saddle is a 3-block-wide variant of the Seat. It was created so that creations with odd widths can have a centered seat.
The Toilet and Bathtub are functionally identical to the fully upgraded Seat, making the Seat a costly aesthetic choice which requires nearly as many Component Kits as a Driver's Seat to upgrade to full connectivity whereas the Toilet and Bathtub begin with full access to their ten possible connections.
