Sunshakes are dropped by Damaged Crates and can be found in Ruin Chests (except for Ruin Chests in the Ruins near the Crashed Maintenance Ship). They can also be found in Lockers and File Cabinets in Warehouses.

Trivia

• The label on the Sunshake can specifies that it holds 355 milliliters, which is the volume of a standard drink can.
• "BB forever" is written on the underside of the can. "BB" is an abbreviation of "Best By" or "Best Before". This means that Sunshakes have no expiration date.
• Sunshakes are heavily implied to be made from Woc Milk.
• The sides of the Sunshake Vending Machine depict milk and various produce items, including tomatoes, pickles, onions, and peppers. These are likely ingredients of the Sunshake.
